PIRT Funding & Benefits


All graduate fellows admitted to the FCRR PIRT Training program are provided with up to four years of support, conditional upon maintaining adequate progress in the program.

Fellows will receive an annual stipend of $25,000 - $30,000, as well as tuition and fee support up to $10,000 per year.

Travel and associated costs are provided to fellows each year to attend the annual meeting of PIRT fellows in Washington DC and one professional conference at which the fellow is presenting research findings.

Support to defray the costs of research (e.g., photocopying, mailing, purchase of assessment materials) is available to fellows (approximately $1,000 - $2,500 per year).

In addition, fellows are provided with office space and equipment (e.g., file storage, computer, phone) in FCRR.
